HOW TO TAKE
Take 1 serving (shake) per day. To prepare, add 2 level scoops (24g) to 200ml of water and shake well. The ideal time for consumption is before or after training, or as a protein snack between meals. Continuous use for a cycle of 8 weeks is recommended.
