quickly provides 25 g of easily digestible carbohydrates, obtained from a combination of maltodextrin and fructose, which decreases the sugar content per total carbohydrate amount. This combination of carbohydrate sources allows for a reduction in the gel's osmolality, which makes it lighter to digest, thus reducing the risk of intestinal disorders during training or events.
