5-HTP GoldNutrition® is a food supplement specifically formulated to support mental well-
being and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Its formula combines high-purity 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), obtained from Griffonia simplicifolia extract, with two essential cofactors: Magnesium and Vitamin B6.
5-HTP acts as a direct precursor in the synthesis of serotonin, a crucial neurotransmitter in

HOW TO TAKE
